Mumbai: Revisiting an interesting incident when he was dating Genelia D’Souza, actor Riteish Deshmukh revealed how a prank that he had played was taken seriously by his girlfriend.
Riteish said on the popular ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ that he had once texted Genelia saying he wanted to end their relationship.
Genelia took it quite seriously and was ready to part ways. The prank almost cost Riteish dearly and he never tried playing a prank on Genelia after that.
On Kapil’s show, Genelia also revealed that when she first met Riteish, she thought he was a spoilt brat from a political family. However, when she got to know him personally, she fell in love with Riteish.
After being in a relationship for 10 long years, Riteish and Genelia tied the knot and are now happily married for eight years with two cute kids.
