When Aamir Khan Travelled Economy!

Aamir Khan, one of the biggest superstars in the country, recently travelled economy class, taking fellow passengers by surprise.

A video of Aamir flying economy was shared on an Instagram account, reports India Today, and it took Internet by storm. “Aamir bhai, masha allah! You are real hero,” one Instagram user wrote, while another commented, “It’s actual class of simplicity.”

The video was also available on YouTube, where someone wrote: “He is in economy because of jet airways crises, please save jet airways, india’s most primear airlins. 25 years of success. Please save jet.”

Aamir was last seen in Vijay Krishna Acharya’s action-adventure film Thugs Of Hindostan, which had a bumper opening but ended up tanking at the box office in India as well as overseas.

His next project is Lal Singh Chaddha, a remake of the 1994 Hollywood blockbuster Forrest Gump, which featured Tom Hanks in the lead role. The film will be penned by Atul Kulkarni and directed by Advait Chandan of Secret Superstar fame. It will be jointly produced by Aamir Khan Productions and Viacom 18 Motion Pictures.
