Mumbai: Salman Khan is one of the highest-paid actors in Bollywood.
When people are crazing about amassing wealth, Salman once revealed that he had set money on fire.
Yes, you read it right. Salman has confessed on several occasions that he was quite mischievous during his childhood.
Sharing one such incident from his childhood days, the actor disclosed that during Diwali, he had set his father Salim Khan’s money on fire.
Divulging the details of the incident, the actor said that he was burning papers with his siblings on Diwali. When all the paper in his house was over, he started looking for some more.
When he entered his father’s study room, he found some papers on the table. Thinking them to be mere useless papers, Salman burnt them.
However, the actor didn’t know that they were currency notes which his father had kept on the table.
When Salim Khan learned about it, unlike other parents, he didn’t get angry. Instead, he made his children understand the value of money.
This incident taught Salman a valuable lesson and to date, his father Salim Khan keeps a track of his money.
