When Shilpa Shetty Took Instructions Literally & Broke A Leg! How Long Will She Be Out Of Action?

Mumbai: Shilpa Shetty took advice from the production unit literally — and paid a price.

On the sets of Rohit Shetty’s ‘Indian Police Force’, the actress faced the camera when she heard “Roll, camera, action, break a leg!”

Lo and behold! Shilpa ended up injuring herself while shooting a scene for the upcoming high-voltage action web series.

So much so that she will be out of action for six weeks.

She took to Instagram to share a picture where she is on a wheelchair with a cast on her left leg.

Even in that condition in a hospital, a smiling Shilpa – wearing blue denim jacket and pants — flashes the victory sign.

“They said, Roll camera action – ‘break a leg!’ I took it literally.. Out of action for 6 weeks, but I’ll be back soon stronger and better. Till then, dua mein yaad rakhiyega (Keep me in your prayers). Prayers always work. With gratitude, Shilpa Shetty Kundra.”

Sister Shamita Shetty reacted with a “My munki strongest.”

Prayers and wishes poured in from fans who hoped for a speedy recovery.

Rohit Shetty recently posted a video of a fight sequence from his debut web series. A behind-the-scenes clip showed him along with Shilpa, Nikitin Dheer and Siddharth Malhotra among others.
