Mumbai: Shilpa Shetty took advice from the production unit literally — and paid a price.
On the sets of Rohit Shetty’s ‘Indian Police Force’, the actress faced the camera when she heard “Roll, camera, action, break a leg!”
Lo and behold! Shilpa ended up injuring herself while shooting a scene for the upcoming high-voltage action web series.
So much so that she will be out of action for six weeks.
She took to Instagram to share a picture where she is on a wheelchair with a cast on her left leg.
Even in that condition in a hospital, a smiling Shilpa – wearing blue denim jacket and pants — flashes the victory sign.
“They said, Roll camera action – ‘break a leg!’ I took it literally.. Out of action for 6 weeks, but I’ll be back soon stronger and better. Till then, dua mein yaad rakhiyega (Keep me in your prayers). Prayers always work. With gratitude, Shilpa Shetty Kundra.”
