Will Shah Rukh Khan Appear In ‘Raaka’ With Allu Arjun, Deepika Padukone?

Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan, who previously collaborated with Atlee in ‘Jawan’, will reportedly make a cameo appearance in the filmmaker’s upcoming project ‘Raaka’, starring Allu Arjun and Deepika Padukone in lead roles.

“Shah Rukh Khan, who has been working with Atlee on his upcoming film, will reportedly appear in Allu Arjun’s Raaka. He has confirmed to play a brief role given his association with Atlee, Allu Arjun and Deepika,” a source told India Today.

Initially listed as AA22xA6, the film’s title ‘Raaka’ was officially unveiled on Allu’s 44th birthday.

The first poster showcases Allu in a striking avatar, with a wolf-like, furry hand and sharp claws partially covering his face, adding to the intrigue and intensity.

The report further said that Allu was earlier set for a cameo in ‘Jawan’, but had to opt out due to scheduling conflicts with ‘Pushpa: The Rule’. This makes ‘Raaka’ a significant coming together of Shah Rukh and Allu Arjun.

Shah Rukh had wished Allu on his birthday and praised the film’s first-look poster.

“Happy Birthday @alluarjun … the poster is intriguing and amazing just like you are. Can’t wait to see what you guys have put together. This experience will be… in Atlee’s words – Mass masss massss!! #Raaka looks so exciting, all the best!! @Atlee_dir,” Shah Rukh wrote.

Apart from Allu, Deepika and Rashmika Mandanna, the film is expected to feature several prominent actors in key roles.

Reports indicate that Mrunal Thakur and Janhvi Kapoor may also play pivotal characters in the project.

Mounted on a massive budget of over Rs 700 crore, the film is being produced by Sun Pictures.

The team is likely to begin its next shooting schedule at a Mumbai studio soon, with production expected to continue throughout the year.

If everything proceeds as planned, filming for this ambitious project could be wrapped up by the end of 2026.
