Mumbai: After expressing their desire to cast Salman Khan as the lead hero, writer-director duo Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru wish to cast Shraddha Kapoor in the sequel of ‘Sanam Teri Kasam.’
During an interview with Instant Bollywood, when Radhika and Vinay were told that some fans want to see Shraddha opposite Harshvardhan Rane in ‘Sanam Teri Kasam 2,’ the former instantly quipped “Shraddha ko please tag kardo.”
Well, reports suggest that a new actress may be roped in for the sequel as Mawra’s character had died in the original film.
As this started doing the rounds, netizens took to social media to express their views.
A Shraddha Kapoor fan gushed, “Shraddha Kapoor has done Aashiqui 2 and villain movie so definitely she can play such characters very easily😍.”
Another stated, “Harsh nd Shraddha will make it superhit❤️🔥.”
“Noooooooooo plzzzzzzzzz……It is request to the directors we need Mawra and Harsh and no one else plz..🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏” expressed another person.
Another claimed, “Nhi yrr only saru nhi to flop ho jayegi 😢.”

Harshvardhan and Mawra’s romantic drama ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ became one of the highest-grossing re-released Bollywood films since hitting the theatres on February 7.
Meanwhile, after the massive success of ‘Stree 2’, Shraddha has become one of the most bankable actors in the industry.
During a conversation with Filmygyan earlier, when a fan requested the director duo to cast Salman in ‘Sanam Teri Kasam 2’, Radhika quipped, “Arey yaar, aapke munh mein ghee shakkar, but vo apni destiny ke maalik hain. (May it happen as you say, but he is the master of his own destiny.)”
Vinay, who was sitting next to Radhika, added, “Please, aap hi unhe bata dijiye. Unhe ye clip tag karke sir ko bheja jaye. Salman sir, please okay boliye. (You only tell him, tag, and send this clip to him. Salman sir, please say yes.)”
