A person named Binod Tharu has a YouTube account but no videos. He goes to comment sections and writes ‘Binod’ – his only activity other than watching videos. A YouTube channel made a comic video showing this and ‘Binod’ started trending thereon.
The video in YouTube channel, which goes by the name of ‘Slayy Point’ by Abhyudaya Mohan and Gautami Kawale, roasted YouTube comments and how meaningless they can be at times and it was titled – ‘Why Indian Comments Section Is Garbage?’
Brands, celebs and even police departments of various states are using the word ‘Binod’ in their tweets. Here’s a list:
