World Cup Celebrations Event At Barabati Stadium From 5.30 PM

Cuttack: The World Cup celebrations event at Barabati Stadium here will begin at 5.30 pm on November 28.

Announcing this to the media here on Monday, Cuttack DCP Akhileswar Singh said the gates of the stadium will be opened at 2.30 pm to ensure smooth and hassle-free entry of the spectators.

A three-tier security arrangement has been put in place for the event, he said.

“To maintain law and order during the celebration, 45 platoons of the armed police force would be deployed in and around the stadium,” he added.
