New Delhi: Tech innovation giant Xiaomi on Wednesday launched the Mi Portable Electric Air Compressor in India. This portable tire inflator air pump can top up a car tire in just 6 minutes and bicycle tire in 3 minutes.
The introductory price is Rs 2,299 and it is available on Mi’s crowdfunding platform.
The portable pump has a 2,000 mAh battery that can be recharged using any power bank or micro-USB cable. It comes with a digital display which shows tire pressure and an LED light for filling up a tire at night.
It has a range of 0.2-10bar/3-145psi and a sensor accuracy of ±2psi.
It can also be used to inflate sports balls. It automatically measures psi as it pumps and stops when fully inflated.
The noise produced is less than 80dB from 1 meter, the company claims.
