Bhubaneswar: Amid controversy over ”The Kashmir Files’, Y’ category of CRPF security cover has been accorded to its director Vivek Agnihotri all over the country.
According to the sources, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) decided to extend this cover after the security threat assessment of Agnihotri by Intelligence and other security agencies.
Under the ‘Y’ category, Agnihotri will get eight CRPF personnel, including one or two commandos, besides police personnel.
‘The Kashmir Files’ chronicles the Kashmiri Pandit genocide that took place in 1990 leading to their exodus.
