Berhampur: COVID-recovered patients are taking the help of yoga to beat the stress as well as complications. The centre is set up by Berhampur Municipal Corporation (BeMC), in association with Rotary Club of Berhampur and Ganjam Chamber of Commerce.
Besides yoga, the post-COVID care centre also offers tele-consultancy to those who have recovered from the virus infection.
“We have appointed a trained yoga teacher, Anil Kumar Patro, who teaches yoga to recovered people who visit the day care centre every day,” Jammula Suresh of Ganjam Chamber of Commerce was quoted as saying by The Times of India.
Patro mainly teaches breathing exercise and how to keep the oxygen level intact in the body during the two-hour yoga session.
