Bhubaneswar: The Commissionerate Police here on Monday arrested a youth and seized 6 kg of ganja from his possession.
The arrested, identified as Manoranjan Behera, is a resident of Nadikhandisahi under Sadar police limits in Kandhamal district.

Behera was apprehended with the contraband during a raid carried out by Nayapalli Police at Janatanagar in Saliasahi here this morning.
A case (461/20) under Section 20(b)(ii)B of NDPS Act has been registered and the accused forwarded to court, police sources said.
