Rourkela: In a gruesome incident, a young man allegedly killed his elderly parents by hammering them with a stone pestle in Sundargarh district on Friday.
Odisha over some family feud. The incident occurred at around 11:30 am today.

According to police sources, following a dispute with his parents over a land deal, the accused, Jai Singh of Bispur village under Bisra police limits mercilessly beat his father Krushna Singh and mother Lilabati.
Jai Singh also hammered their head with the pestle causing their death on the spot.
