Bhubaneswar: Evens as Odisha saw a sharp fall in daily COVID-19 caseload, 1346 more patients recovered and were discharged from hospitals across the state on Sunday.
Of the recovered patients, 264 were from Khurda, 126 from Sundargarh, 110 from Cuttack, 65 each from Angul and Balangir, 63 from Puri, 59 from Jagatsinghpur, 54 from Kendrapada and 52 from Nuapada district, according to Health and Family Welfare department.
Besides, there were 49 recoveries in Bargarh, 45 in Keonjhar, 38 in Sambalpur, 35 in Mayurbhanj, 34 in Balasore, 34 each in Jajpur and Kalahandi, 31 in Nayagarh, 28 in Bhadrak, 16 each in Dhenkanal and Koraput, 15 each in Jharsuguda, Malkangiri and Nabarangpur, 14 in Ganjam, 11 in Sonepur, 9 in Kandhamal, 6 each in Gajapati and Rayagada, 4 in Deogarh, 3 in Boudh and 30 from State Pool.
With the day’s addition, the total recovered cases in Odisha now stand at 2,97,862 against the affected tally of 3,08,659.
