Bhubaneswar: As many as 30 labourers from Odisha were airlifted to Surat from Gujarat’s Navsari area on Sunday.
A total 32 persons were stranded in the flood triggered by heavy downpour in Mendhar village for the last three days. After coming to know about them, district administration pressed in two Indian Air Force helicopters, which brought them to Surat airport, media reports said.
