Balipatna: In view of rising COVID-19 cases, sarpanchs of three-gram panchayats under the Balipatna block in Khurda district have declared four-day shutdown, beginning 2 pm on Thursday.
Majhihara, Bhakarsahi, and Bhapur will remain shut till August 24.
No shops, religious places or markets will be opened during the period.
The violators have been warned of strict action.
