Bhubaneswar: As many as 642 patients recovered from COVID-19 and were discharged from hospitals across Odisha in the last 24 hours.
Of the day’s recoveries, maximum 70 were reported from Mayurbhanj, followed by 54 from Sundargarh, 53 from Balasore, 50 from Khurda, 48 from Cuttack, 40 each from Angul and Balangir, 32 from Kalahandi, 31 from Jagatsinghpur, 28 from Puri, 21 each from Bargarh and Jajpur, according to Health and Family Welfare department.
Similarly, 18 patients recovered in Nuapada, 15 in Keonjhar, 14 in Jharsuguda, 13 in Kendrapada and 12 from State Pool.
The recoveries from other districts are as follow:
9 from Sambalpur
8 from Ganjam
7 each from Bhadrak, Koraput, Nabarangpur and Rayagada
6 each from Dhenkanal and Sonepur
5 each from Boudh and Malkangiri
4 each from Gajapati, Kandhamal and Nayagarh
3 from Deogarh
The total recovered cases in Odisha now stand at 3,14,665 against 3,20,394 positive cases with 377 new patients reported overnight.
