Bhubaneswar: Most of the students of the SOA Deemed to be University have been attending on-line classes as per the guidelines of UGC and AICTE since the last one month.
The faculty members have been teaching the students through live-streaming on the Google Meet and WebEx platforms while video lectures are being uploaded on the websites for students to study.
Between 93 to 98 per cent of the students have been attending these classes, SOA sources said.
The classes through live-streaming are being held for three to five hours every day for each subject enabling interaction between the students and teachers. The video links are also being mailed to individual students. Any student, who missed a class, can also access these.
Besides, notes are being provided to the students in groups through mail and WhatsApp which allows the students to clarify their doubts, the sources added.
