Bhubaneswar: The Information & Public Relations (I & PR) department on Wednesday announced certain restrictions on the entry of journalists to the state secretariat here.
According to a government notification, journalists can now enter the secretariat only with required passes issued to them for such purpose.
Those who do not have passes or having expired passes will not be allowed to enter the secretariat premises.
Passes can be applied to the department for issuance of the same after the approval from home department.
