Two More COVID-19 Patients In Odisha Die Of Other Reasons
Bhubaneswar: The State Health and Family Welfare Department on Sunday shared the details of two COVID-19 patients, who died of other reasons.
According to the tweet, a 17-year-old man of Nabarangpur district was under treatment for severe diabetes mellitus. He died due to diabetic ketoacidosis.
The death audit findings of the two recent Covid positive cases who passed away due to causes other than Covid are as below:
17 year old Male of Nabrangpur district under treatment for severe Diabetes Mellitus passed away due to Diabetic Ketoacidosis ( *Diabetic Coma* ).

The other deceased is a 53-year-old man of Puri district, who was undergoing treatment for cancer of the oesophagus, hepatic artery pseudoaneurysm, and hematemesis.
With this, a total of five persons, who had tested positive for COVID-19, have passed away for reasons other than the virus.
