Shutdown Announced In Cuttack City!

Cuttack: In view of rising COVID-19 cases in the city, the Cuttack Municipal Corporation on Saturday announced a complete shutdown for four days. The shutdown will remain in force till midnight of July 8.

Here are the restrictions to be followed during this period:

1. All non-essential travel is strictly prohibited.
2. All non-essential shops will remain closed.
3. Essential shops such as grocery, vegetables & milk shops are allowed to open from 5.00 AM to 6.00 PM with proper adherence of social distancing and wearing of masks.
4. Essential medicine shops are allowed to open at regular hours.
5. Online delivery of all essential items is allowed.
6. Emergency services like electricity and water supply will function as usual.
