Bhubaneswar: The Commissionerate Police on Thursday arrested a woman for allegedly attempting to steal a mobile phone from a house at IRC Village in Nayapalli here.
The accused has been identified as Priyanka Naik.
According to sources, inhabitants of the house locked her up in a room while she was attempting to decamp with the mobile phone and informed police.
