COVID-19 Scare: District Headquarters Hospital In Odisha’s Kendrapada Closed For 72 Hours
Kendrapara: The district administration on Friday shut the district headquarters hospital in Odisha’s Kendrapada for 72 hours from 4 pm of August 21.
The decision was taken after some staff of the hospital tested positive for COVID-19. “To contain the virus spread effectively, the hospital will stay shut for the next 72 hrs,” the administration tweeted.
A few Corona cases have been detected among the staff of District Hospital, kendrapara. All the staff of the hospital are being tested. However, fever clinic, casualty, emergency operation theatre and obstetrics operation theatre services will continue during the period, it added.
