Surat: The first special train carrying about 2000 migrant Odia workers and their families arrived in Surat at 3.40 am on Monday.
Railway Ministry has provided three special trains to transport workers to other states following the request by Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan after the Centre relaxed the travel restrictions in its Unlock-4 guidelines.
