Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan are all set to recreate the magic of Karishma Kapoor and Govinda in the remake of the 1995 hit ‘Coolie No.1‘. The trailer of the film, which is out, shows Varun as a coolie in colorful clothes.
Paresh Rawal plays the role that veteran Kader Khan played in the original movie, that of a father looking for the richest man in India for his daughter, Sara Ali Khan. Varun Dhawan is a rich dad’s son, who whiles away his time playing golf at home and on conference calls with ATM aka Ambani, Trump, and Modi. He quickly wins over Sara with some song and dance and Paresh is a happy father, Hindustan Times (HT) reported.
But then he runs into Varun’s look-alike, a coolie named Raju. Who is this coolie?
The movie also stars Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav, and Jaaved Jaaferi. The David David Dhawan directed movie has been produced by Vashu Bhagnani.
