COVID-19: Odisha Sees Biggest Single-Day Spike Of 4761; 820 From Khurda
Bhubaneswar: Odisha reported over 4,000 new COVID-19 cases for the second consecutive day on Tuesday with 4,761 people testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours.
The state had seen 4445 new infections the previous day.
According to the I & PR Department, these fresh cases have been reported from all 30 districts of the state. Among them, 2785 are from quarantine and 1976 local contact cases.
Khurda reported the highest of 820 cases followed by Sundargarh (673) and Nuapada (534).
