Odisha Reports 46 More COVID Deaths, 5 From Bhubaneswar For 5th Day

Bhubaneswar: The COVID toll in Odisha touched 4109 on Friday with 46 more patients succumbing to the deadly disease in the last 24 hours.

The state had reported the highest-ever single-day fatalities of 48 on June 30 and 45 deaths the following day.

According to the Health & Family Welfare Department, Khurda reported the highest nine fatalities again. Among them, five are from Bhubaneswar. Sundargarh and Puri saw four deaths each.

The deceased have been identified as:

1. A 44 years old Male of Angul District.

2. A 34 years old Male of Balasore District.

3. A 28 years old Male of Bargarh District.

4. A 64 years old Male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.

5. A 75 years old Male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.

6. A 72 years old Female of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.

7. A 58 years old Female of Bhubaneswar.

8. A 73 years old Female of Bhubaneswar.

9. A 29 years old Male of Cuttack District.

10. A 77 years old Male of Cuttack District who was also suffering from Hypertension.

11. A 59 years old Male of Cuttack District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.

12. A 72 years old Female of Dhenkanal District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.

13. A 65 years old Female of Dhenkanal District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.

14. A 65 years old Male of Dhenkanal District.

15. A 38 years old Male of Ganjam District.

16. A 45 years old Male of Ganjam District.

17. A 40 years old Male of Ganjam District.

18. A 38 years old Male of Jagatsinghpur District.

19. A 68 years old Male of Jharsuguda District.

20. A 37 years old Male of Kalahandi District.

21. A 55 years old Female of Kendrapada District.

22. A 76 years old Male of Kendrapada District.

23. A 77 years old Female of Kendrapada District.

24. A 30 years old Male of Keonjhar District.

25. A 85 years old Male of Khurda District.

26. A 58 years old Male of Khurda District.

27. A 40 years old Male of Khurda District.

28. A 65 years old Female of Khurda District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.

29. A 47 years old Female of Koraput District who was also suffering from Hypertension.

30. A 31 years old Male of Mayurbhanj District.

31. A 78 years old Male of Nayagarh District.

32. A 36 years old Female of Nayagarh District.

33. A 46 years old Male of Nayagarh District.

34. A 50 years old Male of Nayagarh District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.

35. A 71 years old Male of Puri District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.

36. A 68 years old Female of Puri District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.

37. A 80 years old Male of Puri District who was also suffering from Hypertension.

38. A 42 years old Female of Puri District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.

39. A 60 years old Male of Sambalpur District.

40. A 32 years old Female of Sambalpur District.

41. A 45 years old Female of Sambalpur District.

42. A 44 years old Female of Sonepur District who was also suffering from Hypertension.

43. A 50 years old Male of Sundargarh District who was also suffering from Hypertension.

44. A 65 years old Female of Sundargarh District.

45. A 47 years old Male of Sundargarh District.

46. A 57 years old Male of Sundargarh District.
