Bhubaneswar: Pravakar Mohanty, presently functioning as Director (Finance) of Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Ltd, has been assigned additional charge of Director (Finance) in Odisha Power Generation Corporation Ltd (OPGC).
Mohanty assumed charge as Director (Finance), OPGC on June 21. He replaced IRAS HP Nayak, who relinquished service as Director (Finance), OPGC on June 14.
Mohanty was Chairman of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. After a long stint at IDC in Finance and Corporate Planning, he served as the Director (Finance), Neelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd. from 2014 to 2016 before being appointed as Director (Finance), OHPC.
