Angul: The carcass of a leopard was found in Batrakhol area under Angul forest division on Friday night.
The carcass was spotted by some forest staff between Jarpada and Athmallik under Dhandatopa range, said sources.
While reason behind the big cats death is yet to be ascertained, Angul and Athamallik forest officials have reached the spot and started a probe.
