New Delhi: In a tragedy beyond words, an Indian student Naveen was killed on Tuesday in Russian shelling in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv.
Afew hours later, a video of the 21-year-old Naveen Shekharappa went viral in which the fourth year medical student is seen talking to family members.
According to a Twitter user who shared the video, Naveen spoke with his family two days ago.
The student of Kharkiv Medical University is seen speaking in Kannada with a couple of elder family members.

Naveen, who hails from Chalageri in Karnataka’s Haveri, was fatally hit when around 10.30 am Ukraine time (2 pm IST) today. He was in the queue waiting for his turn to buy groceries.
A massive missile strike blew up the Governor’s House in Kharkiv.
India has called Ambassadors of Russia and Ukraine to reiterate the demand for urgent safe passage for Indian nationals who are still in Kharkiv and other cities in other conflict zones.
