[Watch] ‘Jalsa’ Trailer Heightens Curiosity About What’s In Store

New Delhi: What happens when two powerhouse performers come together? We have a powerhouse film that keeps us glued to our sets.

The trailer of ‘Jalsa’ starring Vidya Balan and Shefali Shah is out today, heightening the curiosity of the viewers.

The trailer shows an investigation into a hit and run case, unveiling police corruption in the process. In the loop are a mother and a journalist, played by Shefali Shah and Vidya Balan respectively.

Jalsa brings together Prime Video and production company Abundantia Entertainment. The association has already brought together productions such as critically acclaimed ‘Shakuntala Devi’, ‘Sherni’, ‘Chhorii’, and ‘Ram Setu’, as well as the hugely popular Amazon Original series ‘Breathe’.

In the poster shared earlier, both the actors are seen facing the opposite side. There’s a snapshot of a car on a road that covers Vidya’s mouth and Shefali’s eyes.

Jalsa releases on March 18.
