Odisha’s Daily COVID Cases Stay Near 200, Death Toll In 4th Wave Rises To 32
Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s daily COVID-19 cases continued to hover near the 200 mark on Tuesday with 206 people being found infected in the last 24 hours. The state reported 203 cases on Monday.
According to the I & PR department, 121 cases are from quarantine and 85 local contacts. Among them, 17 are in the age group of 0-18 years.

Besides, 12 are from the state pool.
With these cases being detected from 14,053 samples, the Test Positivity Rate (TPR) stood at 1.46 %. Odisha now has 2,247 active cases.
The state has confirmed three more deaths due to COVID after the audit process in the last three days, taking the toll in the fourth wave to 32.
The Health Department identified the deceased on Tuesday as a 21-year-old woman from Nabarangapur.
