Barbeque Nation Reopens Outlet In Odisha’s Cuttack

Cuttack: Barbeque Nation, a pioneer in India to promote ‘DIY’ (do-it-yourself) cuisine, has reopened its outlet at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Arcade in Dargah Bazaar in Odisha’s Cuttack.

The spacious 4250-square-feet outlet can accommodate 108 people and is a perfect place for hosting corporate lunches and family gatherings. The interiors of the outlet are vibrant and trendy.

“The merry ambience of the outlet is sure to cheer up the guests. We are well-known for our hospitality and I am sure our guests will not be disappointed,” said the Chief Operating Officer of Barbeque Nation Hospitality Limited Mr Faiz Azim.

Though a press release tried to project it as a new facility, in reality the outlet existed earlier and was closed for some reasons. Reopened on Thursday, the outlet offers a plethora of dishes in vegetarian and non-vegetarian spreads.

For starters, non-vegetarians can count on popular dishes such as Mexican chili garlic fish, hot garlic chicken wings, tandoori tangdi, cajun seekh kebab, coastal barbeque prawns, and much more, while vegetarians can feast on the mouth-watering kuti mirch ka paneer tikka, wok tossed seekh kebab, Shabnam ke Moti mushroom, poori kebab, and honey sesame cinnamon pineapple, among others.

The main course section for non-vegetarians includes chicken dum biryani, Rajasthani laal maas, and dum ka murgh, while vegetarians can indulge in paneer butter masala, methi matar malai, dal-e-dum, and veg dum biryani.

The live counter at the new outlet of Barbeque Nation also has several items such as chilli crispy puri, palak chaat, margarita pizza, keema pav and chicken sheek. The dessert section comprises chocolate brownie, red velvet pastries, angoori gulab jamun, kersari phirnee, and more.

Barbeque Nation has 193 outlets in 84 cities in India. It started in 2006 in Mumbai and has since become a craze.
