External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar Coming On Two-Day Visit To Odisha Tomorrow

Bhubaneswar: External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and BJP’s national president JP Nadda will attend party workers’ meeting in Odisha’s Cuttack on May 5.

BJP’s state vice-president Golak Mohapatra told the media persons here on Friday that Jaishankar will arrive in Bhubaneswar on Saturday on a two-day visit to the state. He will address a press conference in the evening. He will attend a party workers’ meeting in Cuttack next day.

Similarly, Nadda will participate in the party programmes in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar on May 5. The two Central leaders of BJP will discuss the strategy to sharpen the party’s campaign for dual elections and motivate the party workers and leaders of the state, Mohapatra said.

It may be noted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also scheduled to address two election rallies in Berhampur and Nabarangpur Lok Sabha constituencies on May 6.

The Lok Sabha and Assembly elections will be held simultaneously in the state in four phases from May 13 to June 1, as per the notification of the Election Commission of India.
