Bhubaneswar: A migrant worker from Odisha was found dead on railway tracks under mysterious circumstances in Thane area of Maharashtra.
The deceased has been identified as Ajay Singh of Garadama village under Adaba police limits in Gajapati district.

Sources said Ajay had gone to Maharashtra to work as a labourer a month ago. However, his body bearing injury marks were recovered from railway tracks in Deba area under the jurisdiction of Thane Police Station.
Police have registered an a case of unnatural death in this connection and initiated an investigation to ascertain the circumstances that led to his death.
Meanwhile, Ajay’s family members have urged the Odisha government to bring back his body to their village.
