Arvind Kejriwal To Leave CM Bungalow In 15 Days: AAP

New Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal will give up all government facilities and leave his bungalow in a fortnight following his resignation from the Chief Minister’s post, according to AAP

“Now as the Delhi CM has resigned, Arvind Kejriwal ji will give up all his facilities allotted by the government to him – from the house to Z plus security and car,” AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh said, according to The Indian Express. While Kejriwal has stepped aside, CM-designate Atishi has made it clear that “Delhi has only one CM and his name is Arvind Kejriwal”. “Our sole objective will be to make him CM again,” she said.

The AAP convener, who walked out of jail on September 6, will don a single hat — at least on paper, in nearly a decade. Kejriwal will now take on a series of campaigning assignments in Delhi. He will also accompany Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann as well as senior party leaders Manish Sisodia and Sanjay Singh during the party’s ongoing campaign for the October 5 Haryana Assembly polls, party sources said.

Meanwhile, the oath-taking ceremony of Chief Minister designate Atishi is likely to take place in three to four days, government officials have told The Indian Express.
