New Delhi/Bhubaneswar: President Droupadi Murmu on Tuesday approved the promotion of 30 Odisha Administrative Officers (OAS) to Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer rank against the available vacancies determined by the Centre in 2023 and 2024.
According to the official notification, the promoted officers will remain on probation until further orders. The government will allocate them to the Odisha Cadre, under Rule 5( 1 ) of the lndian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, it added.
