Mumbai: Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who is rumoured to be dating director Raj Nidimoru, recently opened up about her toxic relationship — and it’s not with her ex-husband Naga Chaitanya.
On her health podcast, Samantha revealed that there was a time when she was addicted to her cell phone and it felt like being in a ‘toxic relationship’.
The addiction to her phone started disrupting her daily routine and she couldn’t control it.
“I had made so many changes in my life, and I was pretty happy with the routine I had created for myself. The one thing that I couldn’t control was this… Going to the phone, this relationship with my phone, which I was starting to question again, and this false sense of importance that ‘It’s my work and it has to be done’,” Samantha said, as quoted by ETimes.
Sharing how she came out of this toxic relationship, the actress said, “So, I went on a silent retreat for three days without phone, with no communication, no eye contact, no reading, no writing, no stimulation of any kind. Your brain just comes down.”
On the work front, Samantha was last seen in ‘Citadel Honey Bunny’ along with Varun Dhawan.
