Mumbai: Govinda’s wife Sunita Ahuja once again raked up controversy around her husband’s rumoured affair with a Marathi actress by stating that she has also heard about it.
Sunita, during a candid conversation with Paras Chhabra on his podcast, shared that she lives in a four-bedroom house with daughter Tina Ahuja and son Yashvardhan Ahuja, but now she wants a bigger house.
“This house is small for us. I want to say through this podcast, ‘Chichi, buy me a big 5 bedroom hall house, otherwise see what happens to you’,” she joked.
Asked about Govinda’s rumoured affair with a Marathi actress, Sunita said, “I have said this many times to the media that I have also heard it. But, till the moment I don’t see him with my own eyes or catch him red-handed, I can’t declare anything. I have heard that it’s a Marathi actress.”
She added, “This is not the age to do all of this. Govinda should be thinking about settling his daughter, and son Yash’s career. But, I have also heard the rumours and said that till the time I don’t open my mouth, don’t trust anything. I have even told the media that I will always say the truth because I don’t lie.”
Pouring her heart out, Sunita further shared that Govinda is always surrounded by flatterers who talk ill about her and instigate him against her.
“We also have one in our house, Govinda’s pandit. He is also like this only – get pujas done, give Rs 2 lakhs. I tell him that you should pray on your own, unka karaaya hua puja paath kuch kaam nahi aane wala hai. God will accept the prayers that you do on your own. I don’t believe in all this. Even if I donate or do any good deed, I do it with my own hands for my karma. Darne wala darr jaata hai,” Sunita said.
“Now Chichi has to lose weight and look good. His skin has gone bad. He should take care of himself, that’s my wish. He recently said that I am making three films, but I feel that the problem is he doesn’t get a good team. The circle that he sits in has fool writers that are less of writers and more fools,” Sunita added.
“They make him a fool and give terrible advice. He doesn’t get good people, and they don’t like me because I say the truth. Mere baare mein sab uske kaan bharte rehte hain, and he believes everyone. I want to tell them that if you want to say something, say it on my face, not to him.”
Expressing her desire to build an old age home and an animal shelter, Sunita shared that she will make it with her own money as Govinda won’t give her any money.
“It’s my heart’s wish that I want to make an old age home and some shelter for animals. I will make sure to do that with my own money. I will not take even a single rupee from Govinda because he won’t give money to me, but only his chamchas (bootlickers),” Sunita concluded.
