It has been reported that this special ‘Kaju Katli’ quickly became a staple at their private celebrations after the family first came across it. What sets it apart from the same sweet that one gets elsewhere is that it is crafted with pure ghee, unrefined jaggery (desi khand), and age-old techniques passed down through generations.
