Bhubaneswar: A young, Odia businessman from Balarampur village of Jaleswar in Balasore district was allegedly murdered in Bengal.
Residents spotted the youth’s body on a farmland in Dantan area of Bengal. His body bore multiple injuries. His parents lodged a complaint with Dantan police station, alleging that their son had been murdered.
The police have detained a friend of the dead and are interrogating him. Further investigations are on.
