Bhubaneswar: A newborn baby boy was rescued from the roadside at Sastri Nagar in Bhubaneswar on Monday morning.
Residents spotted the baby and informed Childline, which got the baby admitted to the Capital Hospital. But doctors there transferred the baby to Sishu Bhaban in Cuttack as no ventilator was available at the Capital Hospital.
