Bhubaneswar: A seemingly trivial complaint over food served at a local eatery in Bhubaneswar escalated into a violent confrontation, leading to the arrest of two men.
According to sources, the incident took place on Saturday at a hotel near SUM Hospital Gate No. 5 when customers objected that the rotis served to them were not hot enough. What began as a verbal dispute quickly intensified as a group of about 10 to 15 youths arrived and allegedly assaulted the hotel owner.
Bharatpur Police immediately rushed to the spot after receiving information about the clash. They rescued the victims, brought the situation under control, and later arrested the two primary suspects, identified as Dhirendra Kumar Behera and Dilip Behera. Both have been produced in court and remanded to judicial custody. Further investigation is underway and efforts are on to nab other individuals involved in the attack.
