Hyderabad: Allu Arjun received a grand welcome from fans during his recent visit to Visakhapatnam.
The actor was in the city to launch AAA Cinemas at Inorbit Mall, but his appearance sparked a massive fan frenzy, with crowds lining the streets and even chasing his car to catch a glimpse of him.
A video from Beach Road shows Arjun’s car surrounded by fans as he travelled with police and security personnel.
The actor briefly stepped out through the sunroof and waved at the crowd, appearing to urge them to remain calm.

Another video, recorded from a car following his convoy, captures fans running behind Arjun’s vehicle as it made its way along Beach Road.
Police personnel were seen trying to control the crowd and keep fans away from the car, while large numbers of people gathered on both sides of the road, causing temporary traffic disruption.

The Allu Arjun Fans Association of Vizag had initially planned a rally but cancelled it after failing to receive police permission.
The fan page shared, “No rally or celebration by the Vizag team due to security reasons. Please cooperate and follow the security guidelines.”
Despite the cancelled rally, fans turned up in large numbers at the mall to welcome Arjun, where the actor spoke about his long-standing association with Vizag.
“My association with Vizag goes back years. I never dreamt while shooting here years ago that one day a mall might come up here and I would have a multiplex there. There was a time I would roam the streets while shooting Gangotri, and now I can’t step out. I am extremely proud,” he said.
During his interaction with fans, Arjun also shared an update on his upcoming sci-fi film ‘Raaka’.
“Raaka? I’ve come here from the Raaka shoot. The shooting is going on in Mumbai, and I asked for a break to come here. I said I need to go to Vizag, see my fans and return,” he said.
Directed by Atlee and produced by Kalanithi Maran under Sun Pictures, ‘Raaka’ is a sci-fi film that also stars Deepika Padukone in a lead role.
