Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have come together for a new advertisement, giving fans a glimpse of their playful chemistry and witty banter.
While Shah Rukh takes a cheeky dig at Alia, Ranbir is quick to turn the tables on the King star.
The fun exchange has caught the attention of fans, with many taking to social media to express their wish to see the three actors share the screen in a film.
A new Rungta Steel ad brings Shah Rukh, Alia and Ranbir together for a hilarious face-off of ideas.
The commercial opens with actor Bijendra Kala pitching a rather unexpected concept — having the three stars dance to Akshay Kumar’s Hookah Bar from the 2012 film ‘Khiladi 786’.
The trio politely hears him out before rejecting the idea and pitching concepts of their own.
What follows is a playful exchange as Shah Rukh, Alia and Ranbir come up with scripts inspired by their respective films, turning the ad into a fun nod to their on-screen personas.
Shah Rukh suggests, “Don ko 12 mulkon ki police ne gher liya hai, par vo ghar tod nahi pa rahe kyunki vo Rungta TMT bar se bana hai (The police of 12 countries are looking for Don, but they can’t break his home because it is made of Rungta TMT).”
Ranbir is quick to take a playful dig at Shah Rukh by recalling his popular Don dialogue. He says, “Is ad ko jhelna mushkil hi nahi, namumkin hai (It’s just impossible to bear this ad).”
He then goes on to pitch his own idea, “Ek Rockstar hota hai, apni life ka best performance deta hai, duniya hila deta hai, par stage nahi hilta kyunki vo Rungta bar se bana hai (There is a rockstar who delivers the best performance of his life and shakes up the world, yet the stage doesn’t budge because it is made of Rungta Bars).”
Alia joins the banter with a playful jab at Ranbir, saying, “O nadan parinde, beth ja.” She then shares her idea, referencing her film Jigra: “Sir, mera wala simple, ek ladki hai, uska bhai jail mein hai, par vo jail tod nahi pa rahi kyunki jail TMT bar se bana hai (Sir, mine is simple: there’s a girl whose brother is in jail, but she can’t break him out because the jail is made of these bars).”
SRK jokingly pokes fun at her idea, saying, “Ise dekhne ka jigra kisi mein nahi hai (Nobody will have the courage to watch this ad).”
Despite their initial reluctance, the three stars eventually find themselves dancing to Akshay Kumar’s popular track in the commercial.
The ad has struck a chord with viewers online, with several social media users praising its witty writing and the fun chemistry shared by Shah Rukh, Alia and Ranbir.

The film marked their first collaboration, with Alia playing the lead role and Shah Rukh appearing in a pivotal role.
However, Shah Rukh and Ranbir are yet to star together in a film.
While the two have shared the stage and appeared together at several public events, they have not yet collaborated on a feature film.
