Mumbai: Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan had a fun exchange with Formula One star Lando Norris, bringing her husband, actor Saif Ali Khan, into the conversation with a witty remark about his ‘world championship’ win.
The playful interaction has caught fans’ attention, with many amused by the unexpected crossover.
A video of Kareena’s interaction with Norris, shared by Google India on Instagram on Friday evening, has surfaced online. In the clip, the actress recalls how Saif won a world championship in 2007.
However, she was referring to his onscreen victory in Ta Ra Rum Pum, in which he portrayed a racing driver who goes on to win the championship.
“My husband, Saif, won the world championship 19 years ago,” Kareena is heard saying in the video.
Norris responded with a quip, saying, “So, we are the same, basically.”
The conversation continued on a light-hearted note, with Kareena offering the F1 star a cup of Indian masala chai. She also engaged him in a playful game, asking him to identify different Indian gestures.
Kareena later shared a picture on Instagram showing Norris signing a jersey for her younger son, Jeh.
