Bhubaneswar: Commissionerate Police arrested six gamblers following a raid on Mali Sahi at Kharvel Nagar here late on Sunday.
Those arrested were identified as Benudhar Sethi, K Madhav, Narasingha Reddy, P Balaram, B Prasad and Bijay Swain.
According to reports, a police team, acting on specific information, raided a house at Mali Colony, where the gamblers had gathered. Playing cards and cash to the tune of Rs 13,750 were seized.
