Bhubaneswar: The state government has proposed the Centre for inclusion of Sishu Mandir and Vivekananda Vidya Mandir students under Midday Meal (MDM) scheme from 2018-19, said School and Mass Education Minister Badri Narayan Patra on Monday.
Addressing a national level workshop on MDM here, the minister said kitchen garden will be introduced in the schools in rural areas of the state and salary of MDM workers regularized from December 5 this year.

The workshop was attended by delegates from 18 states of the country.
