Mumbai: Actor Randeep Hooda and his wife Lin Laishram are expecting their first child.
Randeep and Lin shared the heartwarming news with fans on their second marriage anniversary through an adorable social media post on Instagram.
They shared a dreamy picture of themselves, twinning in beige outfits, sitting in the woods by a bonfire and smiling brightly while looking at the camera.
“Two years of love, adventure, and now… a little wild one on the way 🐯 ❤️ ♾️” they wrote along with the picture.
Congratulatory messages and blessings poured in for the soon-to-be parents.
“This new chapter is going to be beautiful. Congratulations,” wrote one user.

Randeep and Lin, who met at Naseeruddin Shah’s theatre group Motley, dated for a brief period before tying the knot on November 29, 2023 in Manipur.
“It feels very good. I felt it was only respectful to come and marry in the bride’s tradition. However, I have heard that in Meitei love marriages, the groom has to sit for a very long time. So, that’s something, but I am looking forward to the ceremony and traditions. I want to experience my life partner’s culture – that’s why I am here,” Randeep had said about getting married in Manipur.
On the work front, Randeep was last seen in ‘Jaat’. His next film is Sam Hargrave’s American action-adventure ‘Matchbox,’ which also features John Cena, Jessica Biel, Sam Richardson, Arturo Castro, Teyonah Parris, Danai Gurira and Corey Stoll in key roles. The film is scheduled to hit theatres in 2026.
